If your event includes attendees from other cities, states, or countries, then they might be interested in stopping by these locations. We can’t begin to stress the importance of having good communication with your distributed team. #### Communicate constantly

Without communicating these details with your team and ensuring that everything is monitored, it is possible that small mistakes or poor communication could result in potential failure.
